Hexi Investment was founded in July 2010 with a registered capital of RMB200 million. In June 2014, Hexi Investment was registered as a private equity fund manager with Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) and thus became one of the first special members of the Association.

Currently, Hexi Investment has 45 funds and approximately RMB8 billion Assets under Management. The company is focused on M&A, private placement and actively managed funds in the secondary market.
